Hey, I'm Colby

I’m a South Jersey family, and lifestyle photographer, and the heart behind Colby Maria Photography.

I picked up my first camera back in high school, and something just clicked. I fell in love with freezing moments that might have otherwise gone unnoticed. All these years later, that same passion still drives me. My favorite part of this work is showing families how beautiful their real, imperfect, chaotic moments truly are. So often, parents leave a session convinced we didn’t get a single good shot, and then they see their gallery and realize how much love I saw through my lens. That moment of surprise and joy never gets old.

These days, I’m living my own kind of beautiful chaos with my husband Joseph, our daughters Olive and Penelope, and our labradoodle Bentley. My days are filled with sticky hands, hockey practices, and coffee... lots of coffee, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Creating is my heartbeat, and photography lets me turn connection, laughter, and love into something tangible. I’m here to capture your story exactly as it is, because your life, just as it looks right now, is worth remembering.
